Today we traveled to north to the Jordan University of Science and Technology where we met with the President of the University, the Dean of the Veterinary School, and several members of the faculty.  We also met with Princess Alia and Sharifa Sarra Ghazi, both members of the royal family, in regards to the non-profit foundation started by the Princess, known as The Princess Alia Foundation.  Following lunch, we were given a tour of the veterinary teaching hospital at the University.  After returning to Amman, we spent a few hours walking around the downtown shopping district before walking back to our hotel.  Tomorrow will be an early day as we are hoping to get in some sight seeing before we leave.
